Safe Silicone Points
Dog shock collar receiver contact point with upgraded conductive silicone cover, the prongs are safe and would not hurt the dog's skin. The prongs also can not be moved, you don't worry the prong would fall during training the dog.
Shock mode sometimes acts as a form of punishment. If you want to use this mode, please try it on the lowest setting to start.

It comes with a USB charging cable. Both the receiver and remote are rechargeable, they can be easy to charge by a power adapter, power bank, or laptop. They usually take fully charging within 3 hours.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@novaig.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
