UL / CE certified lithium-ion battery
Three kinds of heating settings make it easy to adjust the temperature. Low-grade heating can last up to 6 hours (when the battery is fully charged).
The high-capacity battery life of UL-certified electronic gloves is longer and safer than the ordinary 3.7V battery on the market.
1. The charger should be fully charged before the first use. When the charger indicator changes from red to green, the battery is fully charged.
2. Connect the fully charged battery with the wire in the battery bag next to the gloves, put the battery into the battery bag, and cover it.
3. Put on gloves, long press the power button for 3 seconds for the first time, and then short press the power button to adjust the temperature in turn.
4. The light changes from red advanced to white intermediate, and finally to blue to resist
5. When the power is exhausted, please take out the battery and use the charger provided by this product to charge the battery until it is full.
Connect the two cables of the charger to the socket of the battery pack cable. Both battery packs must always be charged at the same time!

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@novaig.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@novaig.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
